Allen Park Residents Directory is a privately operated reference to public rolls, record indexes, and directory collections connected to Allen Park, Michigan. It does not host government records and has no affiliation with a government office, court, or records custodian.
2. Permitted Use
Use the service only for lawful purposes. You may not use it, or material located through it, to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm another person.
- Locate a person protected by a restraining or protective order.
- Commit identity theft, fraud, or another unlawful act.
- Make an FCRA-regulated decision about credit, employment, tenant, or insurance matters.
- Scrape, copy, or republish the service’s content at scale.
- Interfere with the operation or security of the service.
3. Consumer Reporting Notice
This service is not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. Nothing here, and nothing provided through a linked search tool, is a consumer report. It may not be used to decide eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or any other FCRA-covered purpose.
4. Third-Party Resources
Government portals, libraries, archives, sponsored tools, and other outside services have their own policies and terms. We do not control their content, availability, data practices, or pricing.
5. No Warranty
The service is supplied “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that content is accurate, complete, current, or that an external portal will function or return correct information.
6. Liability Limits
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the operators are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of this service or a linked resource, including decisions based on records located through it.
7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the service operators from claims or demands, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, that arise from misuse of the service or a violation of these terms.

Original text, design, logo, and layout are protected by copyright. Linking to a page and quoting a brief excerpt with attribution is permitted. Republishing full pages or systematically copying content is not permitted.
9. Changes to Terms
These terms may be revised by posting an updated version here. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Restricting Access
Access may be blocked or limited, without notice and at our discretion, for a user who violates these terms or abuses the service.
11. Michigan Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Michigan Freedom of Information Act, MCL 15.231 et seq., governs public-record access by Michigan public bodies. Michigan’s Personal Privacy Protection Act, MCL 445.171 et seq., is the cited state privacy statute. Neither statute makes this private reference a records custodian.
12. Severability
If a portion of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining portions continue in effect.
